If you don't have the Offload App option on your iPhone, you can delete and reinstall the app on your phone, but you'll lose your data and cache.

Here's how to go about it:

  • Search for the Instagram app from the search bar

  • Select "Remove App" from the options. Confirm the action by tapping "delete app" on any prompt.
